If you see a mortgage offer that suits you then strike quickly - we've read of borrowers facing disappointment when they went back to a mortgage provider to enquire after an advertised deal only to find the deal had expired. Many mortgage providers will honour a mortgage offer for a defined period of time once an offer has been made, but unless you have applied for a particular deal then you may be disappointed if you wait too long.
